At this stage of the project, implementation should be nearly complete (or at least be in the final stages).

The following is what you should do to evaluate your completed project.

        • Handover / Complete / Tie up loose ends
        • Close all remaining issues
        • Review and analyze the project and the lessons learned from it

      Collect and record the project experience using objective data as well as subjective feedback from participants and stakeholders for analysis and future reference.

      The final step in the process is to prepare and present a closing project report which will consolidate all documentation and conclude the engagement.
