You've hosted the event and it's been a huge success! Everyone involved throughly enjoyed themselves and all are anxiously looking forward to next year.

Follow-up
Once completed and evaluated it is time to look at:
   - what worked and what didn't work
   - did you miss any checklist items
   - what item was missed
   - was it redundant or unnecessary
   - was event worth doing
   - will you host it again

After the Event
   - send thank you letters to all sponsors, volunteers, participants
   - tally number of guests, volunteers, participants, spectators attending

   - monitor and clip (document) all media coverage
   - return all borrowed materials
   - process and caption all photographs

Final Written Event Report
   - evaluate event based on goals and objectives
   - chronicle event highlights
   - final report of actual revenue and expenses
(profit/loss) to budget
   - future recommendations
